Frequently Asked Questions

SDMX Dashboard Generator (SDMX DG)

Question

Dear SDMX team,

On behalf of the National Statistical Office of Thailand (NSO), we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your development of various Open Source tools that have greatly enhanced the usability of tools for statistical offices worldwide.

We have installed the SDMX Dashboard Generator for use (https://devdi.nso.go.th/) , but we encountered some installation issues as shown in the attached image. We would be grateful if you could kindly provide us with some guidance on how to resolve these issues.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Answer / Solution

We would like to express our gratitude for your interest in the SDMX Dashboard Generator. Upon reviewing your issue, it appears that the error you encountered may be related to your server configuration, rather the application itself.

A 502 error generally indicates that the Nginx server is unable to communicate properly with the application backend, which in this case, is the SDMX Dashboard Generator based on Dash framework. You may check out more documentation on how to deploy Dash applications at https://dash.plotly.com/deployment . Please ensure that your Nginx configuration is properly set up to forward requests to the Dash application.

If you require any additional assistance or have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you once again for your patience and cooperation.
